Obituary of Marguerite Lafarge Kelley

Marguerite Lafarge Kelley, age 98, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017. Marguerite was born September 23, 1918 in Mauriac, Cantelle France to the late Pierre Antoine and the late Marie (Rongier) LaFarge. Mrs. Kelley was a French Partisan leader in Paris during World War II and served under General Charles de Gaulle. She married Lieutenant Colonel Robert Eugene Kelly in Paris France. Marguerite is survived by her son Allen Robert Kelley, Esq. of Las Vegas; daughter in law Ashley Kelley MD of Meacy Health OK; and aunt Yvette Deehan of Chesapeake VA. A funeral service will be held at 9:20 AM on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 in the chapel at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV.
