Obituary of Adele Pennisi

Adele Pennisi, age 63, of Las Vegas died Thursday, October 14, 2010. Adele was born April 8, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY. Adele was a Full Charge Bookkeeper who moved to Las Vegas about 20 years ago. She loved to play Keno and catalog shop. Adele also loved to work in the kitchen and could prepare a meal for 50 people without batting an eye. Adele is survived by her mother, Connie La Ponzina of Staten Island NY; stepson, Frank Pennisi of Oneida NY; grandchildren Alyssa Marie D'Agosto, Ashley Elizabeth D'Agosto, Frank D'Agosto, and Rose Rotondi; sister Gloria Hayden of Staten Island NY; and good friends Mary Howe and Mark Lawrence of Las Vegas. She is predeceased by her father, Joseph LaPonzina and her husband, Salvatore John Pennisi. Visiting hours will be from 3:00PM-6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 19, with a funeral service at 4:00 PM, both at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S. Durango Dr., #104, 89147. Burial will be at 9:20AM on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City NV.
