Robert "Bobby" Fernandez passed away April 8, 2018, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born January 7, 1974, in Las Vegas, and raised by his mother Bertha J. Rendon Szilady and Rudy Szilady. He was preceded in death by his sister, Magaly De La Paz Proenza and Rudy Szilady. He is survived by his devoted wife, Norma Fernandez; by three sons, Dylan, Colton and Jagger; four daughters Daisy, Brooklyn, Alyssa and Breanna; his mother, Bertha; four brothers, Enrique "Kike" De La Paz (Diane), Alberto De La Paz (Karen), Edward "Eddy" Fernandez (Ingrid), and Mark Fernandez (Yessica); one sister, Frida De La Paz Bjelke (Scott); his wife's parents, Salvador and Josefina Trujillo; numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends. He graduated from Cimarron-Memorial High School in Las Vegas in 1993. He married Norma, the love of his life, in Las Vegas on May 10, 2008. Bobby was the owner of All State Building Maintenance. He was a missionary for the LDS Church in the Bronx in New York City. He loved music and to play the drums with his friends. Fishing with his father-in-law was a favorite thing to do. He was always a willing and cheerful worker for those who needed help for their do-it-yourself projects. He will be remembered for his kindness, wonderful sense of humor and legendary funny videos. Bobby was a great father who adored his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2:00 pm at the LDS Church, 7979 Mountains Edge Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89178.
