She is the daughter of Betty (Gottlieb) Spindell and the late Bernard Spindell. Linda was a real estate bookkeeper and a member of the Westside Newcomers Club. She is survived by her mother, Betty Spindell; sister, Carol Vuernick; niece, Melissa Vuernick; and nephew, Richard (Ella) Vuernick. Donations in Linda's memory may be made to the American Lung Association. Services were held in New York.
